Making their first outing since welcoming a baby boy, Nick Lachey and wife Vanessa Minnillo were spotted out cruising the streets of Beverly Hills, CA on Tuesday afternoon (September 18).

Not looking for media coverage at the moment, the Tinseltown twosome kept well hidden from the pursuing paparazzi in their Posh BMW as they pulled into a dermatology center lot for a midday appointment.
