Witness: "Justin Bieber is a spoilt brat!

Never thought I would say it again but looks like teen heartthrob Justin Bieber does let fame get to his head. Once again the young star is branded as a "spoilt brat."

This time BBC Radio DJ Scott Mills reveals his experience of meeting Justin at one of his shows:

Justin Bieber isn't the friendliest either. Seriously, someone needs to have a word with him. He's a precocious little brat," the DJ said.
