X Factor Judges Enjoy 4 Hour Dinner Together After Announcement

Yesterday, FOX finally confirmed the long-awaited news that Britney Spears and Demi Lovato will join Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid on The X Factor this fall, replacing ousted judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger.

The announcement was made during the afternoon, at the network's Upfronts presentation in New York, which meant the fabulous foursome had plenty of time to enjoy the bright lights of New York in the evening.
