Yoko Ono Praises Lady GaGa For Covering John Lennon's 'Imagine'

Yoko Ono has thanked Lady Gaga for covering John Lennon's hit 'Imagine' at a Human Rights Campaign dinner in Washington DC.

The singer included the song in her set as a tribute to gay college student Matthew Shepard, who was murdered in 1998.

Altering some of the lyrics, Lady Gaga sang: "Imagine there's no heaven/ It's easy if you try. No hell below us/ And only Matthew in the sky."
